Email support@repclimb.app ↗Helpful to include
Your account email, device and iOS version, app version, what you tapped, and any visible error message.
Please leave out
Passwords, authentication codes, API keys, payment details, and unnecessary medical or health information.
I can’t sign in
Confirm that your connection is working, close and reopen repClimb, then use the same sign-in method and email you originally used.
If the problem continues, email support with the device model, iOS version, approximate time of the attempt, and the exact error shown. Never send a password or one-time authentication code.
My Strong or Hevy import failed
repClimb accepts complete CSV workout-history exports from Strong and Hevy, up to 25 MB. Export a fresh file, keep its original column headers, and select the timezone and weight unit that match the source history.
Review the preview before importing. If an exercise cannot be matched, choose the correct repClimb exercise before continuing. If the file is rejected, email the visible error message and the export source. Do not email the CSV unless support specifically asks for it.
An AI answer looks wrong or unsafe
Do not follow advice that appears unsafe. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or rehabilitation guidance.
Email support with the question you asked, the approximate time, and what appeared wrong. Include only the minimum context needed to investigate. If you are injured, in pain, or concerned about your health, stop the activity and contact an appropriate qualified professional or local emergency service.
I want a copy of my data
Send an email from the address connected to your repClimb account with the subject “Data access request” or “Data export request.” We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before releasing data.
Request a data export ↗Where applicable, we provide user-supplied data in a commonly used machine-readable format and respond within the period required by law.
How do I control analytics and crash diagnostics?
Optional analytics and crash diagnostics are off by default. If you enable them, PostHog Cloud EU (Frankfurt) processes allowlisted app events, screen names, release/platform details, safe error categories, bounded performance aggregates, and crash or JavaScript exception diagnostics for up to 12 months under the current provider configuration.
Open repClimb → Account → Privacy controls and turn off “Optional analytics and crash diagnostics” at any time. This stops future optional mobile capture and user-linked backend product events. PostHog never receives prompts, crisis text or route labels, AI answers, tool data, workout details, imports, email, or tokens. To request deletion of telemetry already collected, email support@repclimb.app from your account email with “Analytics deletion request”; do not include the underlying prompt or crisis wording.
How do I delete my account?
- Open repClimb and go to Account.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Tap the red delete button and confirm Delete account.
This permanently removes your account and identifiable training data and cannot be undone. Deleted data may remain temporarily in secured backups until the normal backup cycle expires, but it is not used as active product data.
If you cannot access the app, email support from the account email. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
