repClimb terms

Terms for the current product.

This page describes the behavior of the current repClimb service, including workout data, AI features, and external MCP connections.

Effective September 20, 2026 · Draft v1.0 · Owner/legal approval required

Important

This public draft requires approval before reliance

This is a repClimb-specific terms draft prepared from the current product behavior. It is not a statement that an owner or lawyer has reviewed or approved the text, and it is not legal advice. The operator must approve the final publication and obtain legal advice where appropriate before relying on these terms.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the legal entity or individual operator, governing law, dispute process, liability language, consumer-rights wording, and any required notices for each launch market before treating this page as final terms.

The service

repClimb is a data-driven gym training app for planning workouts, logging sessions, tracking progress, and asking questions about your own training history. The current product includes an exercise catalog, custom exercises, goals, plans, workout history, imports from supported Strong and Hevy CSV exports, progress features, and AI-assisted planning and questions.

Version 1.0 is currently free and has no subscription or in-app purchase. The service is operated by Yuval Sharon in Israel. The public Privacy Policy explains how account, training, AI, analytics, and external MCP data are handled.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the operator disclosure, free-service statement, Apple Standard EULA relationship, and any future paid-feature terms before launch.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a repClimb account.
  • Use accurate information for your account and keep access credentials and authenticated devices secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account, subject to applicable law and any required investigation of unauthorized use.
  • Do not use repClimb to bypass authentication, scopes, ownership checks, rate limits, or other security controls, or to access another person's data.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the final account suspension, termination, notice, appeal, and consumer-protection rules. The current product does not publish a separate suspension process on this page.

AI-assisted training features

repClimb's core AI features use OpenAI to process prompts and relevant training context after the separate AI-processing disclosure is accepted. AI answers and plans are intended as training assistance based on available data; they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for deciding what to do in the gym.

repClimb is not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency service. Do not submit information you do not want processed, including unnecessary sensitive health information. Stop if an activity feels unsafe and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the final warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, medical-safety language, and mandatory consumer-rights carve-outs for applicable jurisdictions.

External MCP clients

You may connect repClimb to an external MCP client through the public Streamable HTTP endpoint and Clerk OAuth. The connection is optional and requires explicit approval of the requested OAuth scopes; those scopes are the affirmative MCP data-sharing approval. Internal OpenAI processing consent does not authorize it.

The current server exposes eight tools: four read tools for workouts, the exercise catalog, training configuration, and exercise statistics; and four write tools for creating a plan draft, updating draft items, finalizing a plan, and instantiating a planned workout. mcp:read and mcp:writeare independent OAuth scopes. Write calls can persist plans or start, resume, merge, or close workouts according to the requested conflict policy, so review the external client's confirmation UI before approving them.

The external client is a separate service. repClimb does not control or make claims about its prompts, outputs, retention, security, or other processing after it receives a tool response. You are responsible for reviewing that client's terms and privacy notice and for disconnecting it when you no longer want to use the connection. The Privacy Policy explains the current limits of repClimb's own MCP revocation and deletion controls.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the final external-service allocation of responsibility, authorization wording, age/consent requirements, and any provider-specific or platform-specific terms before publication.

Your content and account deletion

You keep your rights in the workout, plan, goal, note, import, and other content you submit or create, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You authorize repClimb to store and process that content to provide the features you request, protect the service, investigate problems, and comply with law as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account in the app from Account → Delete account. The current deletion flow removes the Clerk identity and the internal user row, with owned training, AI audit, event, consent, and related records configured to cascade from that user. A backup copy may remain temporarily through its normal cycle, and account deletion cannot delete data already copied to an external MCP client.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the final content-license wording, deletion exceptions, backup statement, and any statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Availability, changes, and legal terms

repClimb may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the private beta and product evolve. We will update this page when these terms materially change and will provide any notice or renewed consent required by law. The Privacy Policy has its own effective date and disclosure-version process.

The current iOS release also references Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If repClimb introduces subscriptions, paid features, or a materially different service, the owner must update the applicable terms and purchase disclosures before those features are offered.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Add or approve governing law, venue or dispute resolution, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity language if appropriate, notices, and mandatory local-law rights. These legal clauses are intentionally not presented as final.

Questions and notices

Questions about the service, account, privacy, or MCP connections can be sent to support@repclimb.app. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive health information by email.

[OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm whether this email is the legally required notice address and add any formal notice method or registered address required for the final terms.
